I have tried many free Realtime Intraday Data softwares, but each software is having its own limitation. But if one want to choose really reliable one that provides realtime data tick by tick one can trust Chartsdata by Loganathan Kandasamy.
Features of Chartsdata:-
- Very useful for specially Nifty Index and Bank Nifty Index and other indices on NSE and BSE from Yahoo Server.
- Realtime data (One second) from Odin (Diet) to Amibroker, FCharts , Metastock, and also in Excel.

after installation the prog is not working at all.
Dear Nnumber Game, What do you mean by not working at all? Do you have java on your computer? and do you see the application like I posted in image?

It gets done with installation and when i launch the application it says that the prog is currently not working. I am not able to see the image which u posted.
I do have JAVA in my system.
Can you post screenshot of screen after double clicking Chartsdata icon on desktop?

Yes you can use it with Metastock, Fcharts and also with Excel. But am using only with AMI. Never used Metastock.

I installed the Chart Data feed application and then I followed to open database in Amibroker.
After following those steps mentioned in Help file while clicking the OK tab it is showing that Base
Time Interval not supported by currently selected plugin.
Need help to solve this error.

In Intraday setting----
1.In Filtering---Show Day Session only
2. Check Filter Weekends
3.Trading Hours---
Day Session ---Start--9.14
End --16.00
Night Session-- Default -- All Zeroes
4. Day Time Compression Uses --Exchange Time
5.Predatabase Setting- Time Shift --Zero
6. Allow Mixed Eod/Intraday-- Checked.
This is all the setting I am using.
Hope this will workout for you also.

Backfilling does it take time...
Backfilling-- Not at all... for 15 days just half min.
