Hi Sam,
While checking BFD data feed for mt4 i come to know your new Pre open based Nifty future trade post. Past 5 days given a good result.. Its based on any EMA? or you purely calculate during first 8min price move in pre market nifty spot ? Have you trade this levels or just to test how it will work out?
Its quit large stop loss, but in many occasion it will help to avoid intraday whipsaws. My wishes for your new initiative

Regards,
Saravanan

Thanks for Compliment. :)

Dear Sarvanan,

1. My preopen Nifty Future Plan is not at all based on any EMA's. It is completely mechanical trading system which I calculate based on Nifty's Preopen Values(as the name itself suggests) Combined with some other factors.

2. Actually this has been tested by me for more than one year and after I satisfyied with its results I started sharing it here for TraderAdda readers.

3.About trading these levels... you can see all previous posts about Preopen Based Trades and its profit. I trade these but I combine this with some other TA parameters. These levels are for those traders who struggle to make money in the markets.

4. About STOPLOSS ..... sometime its large sometime its small.... actually I don't have control over it. My predefined formula calculates it depending on everyday's changing market values. So SL is different on each day. It is not fixed like 30 points or 40 points.

5. Thanks for your appreciation for my initiative. Hope somebody will get benefited by this.

Thanks Sam..
For a detailed note about your Pre open trade. Have you follow SAR ? or just exit once sl hit?

SAM on February 8, 2012 at 2:04 PM said...

Saravanan,

I do follow SAR...but combine it with DEMAND and SUPPLY ... which gives me opportunity to BOOK profits and RENTER with less risk. And help me EATING profits of intra moves also.

Saravanan said...

Yes.. I looked over that and shorted at 5400 level the supply zone and put my sl above the day high at 5414, but it was triggered and moved upto 5424 then start its fall. Other then filter any other parameter you follow to avoid this kind of whipsaw?

Dear Saravanan,

This is where many traders fail... the reason is only looking at Future prices... I always prefer Spot prices... and my Stoploss/Exit/Entry are always based on Spot Prices. My Stoploss was 5420 Spot for shorts made....

Why Nifty Spot... When prices go up.... its the spread in Spot and Future increases so one has to manage the trades as per Spot.

I am fully agree with you.. always check and follow future chart only, many time it spoil my trade due to premium and discount.. Which data feed you are using for spot nifty? I was try to install the one you mentioned in your site "Charts Data", but my anti virus block while extract the file. That's why i stop to install it. May i try after deactivate my anti virus and install it? its a safe one ?

Dear Saravanan,

I personally use Chartsdata... as I need only Nifty and BankNifty... for these indexes it gives Realtime Data and for other stocks data is delayed.

No harm in it ... it is safe... and that file is uploaded by me..... by the way which Antivirus you are using... I use Kaspersky... and it don't have any problem with it. I surprise ... abt the antivirus boocking it... many people installed it and ... have no issues.

SIR,again your spot levels are working very fine.Is it possible to post nifty future level also in that manner. Also where do i get nifty demand and supply live chart or is there any AFL for that. If yes then can you post that on site. This can be useful for new members like me.I am using AMI 5.4 with some useful AFL but nothing working as good as your free calls.one site name easy nifty trading they are using mathematical calculation to trade in intraday nifty there calculation did not matches with any technical parameters but working very well but we trade all the calls to get profit.Sir your formula is for personal use only or you going to teach other also by taking some teaching fees.THANKS FOR YOUR FREE CALLS.

Dear Vinayak,

Somehow your comment is not visible... due to Disqus problem. First of all thanks for your Compliments.

Regarding future levels pls read all above discussion between me and Saravanan.... you will get the answer why I not prefer future. And as the name suggests my levels are based on Nifty Preopen Levels, so as you future is not active in Preopen.

Demand and Supply is one you can analyse it with help of chart. I am still learning it.... and as and when I observe such possibilities I post it on my blog.

I checked the said site by you.... its nothing new method...but I seen it is giving a lot of whipsaws........ and I think you already doing as per 5DMA method... it also gives excellent returns. Select any one system and religiously follow it you will get good returns in long run.

BTW about my formula ... yes presently it is for personal use .... no plan of giving it for a fees presently.
